Warrant Officer Level 1

This rank will be awarded to ever new pilot who is recruited into the squadron.

Warrant Officer Level 2

This rank will be awarded to those who have satisfactorily completed the requirements for this rank.

Warrant Officer Level 3

This rank will be awarded to those who have satisfactorily completed the requirements for this rank. This rank will be harder to achieve than WO2.

Warrant Officer Level 4

This rank will be awarded to those who have satisfactorily completed the requirements for this rank. This rank will be harder to achieve than WO3.

Second Lieutenant

This rank will be awarded to those who have satisfactorily completed the requirements for this rank. This rank will be the last rank achievable by non commanding pilots. This rank will also be the hardest rank to achieve.

First Lieutenant

This rank will be awarded to those who have shown leadership abilities and who have completed all previous ranks. This person would eventually become a wing leader.

Captain

This rank is reserved for those who have leadership abilities as well as teaching abilities and has completed all non-commanding ranks. This person would eventually become a wing XO.

 Major

This rank is reserved for those who have leadership abilities as well as teaching abilities and organizational skills and has completed all non-commanding ranks. This person would eventually become a wing CO.

Lieutenant Colonel

This rank is reserved for the squadron XO only.

 Colonel

This rank is reserved for the squadron CO only.
