TO INSTALL KOREA PACK TO UltraPack 2.0
Pack Mod Corea Downloads:
http://histomodforum.forumactif.net/le- ... n-t422.htm

Download PACK MOD COREE:
http://www.histomod.fr/Pack-Histomod-Coree-1.2.rar

Download the latest SAS online buttons:
http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,97.0.html
(note that the Histomod HSFX/UP2.0 buttons WILL NOT WORK!)

Extract the Pack-Histomod-Corée-1.2.rar to your desktop.
You should end up with a folder named Pack-Histomod-Corée-1.2

Go in your game folder to \MODS\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects\
and backup your air.ini, stationary.ini, and technics.ini

In the Pack-Histomod-Corée folder, go to \com\maddox\il2\objects\
and find the air.ini, stationary.ini, and technic.ini

Copy and paste the lines in the Pack Mod Corée air.ini to the end of your air.ini
(which you have previously backed up):

your technics.ini
(which you have previously backed up):

From the Pack-Histomod-Corée-1.2 folder, copy the three folders:

Avions Statiques
FM
Pack Mod Corée

and paste them into your MODS folder.

In your MODS folder, create a new folder called Korea Pack Sounds

From the Pack-Histomod-Corée folder, copy the Samples folder,
and paste it into your game folder into \MODS\Korea Pack Sounds\

From the Pack-Histomod-Corée folder, copy the presets folder
and paste it into your game folder into \MODS\Korea Pack Sounds\

Make a new subfolder in \MODS\Korea Pack Sounds\presets\ called sounds, so you then

have the path \MODS\Korea Pack Sounds\sounds\

Move the four .prs files from \MODS\Korea Pack Sounds\presets\ into \MODS\Korea Pack

Sounds\presets\sounds\

Go to your game folder, to \MODS\STD\gui\game\ and back up the buttons
file there.

Extract the SAS online buttons to your game folder into \MODS\STD\gui\game\

Rename the MODS folder without the minus sign,(if not already) to activate it.

Optional: Copy and paste the PainSchemes folder from Pack-Histomod-Core-1.2 to your

game folder.

Note that your UP 2.0 buttons is still located in \Files\gui\game\
When your game finds the SAS buttons in \MODS\STD\gui\game\ it will
use that buttons and ignore the UP 2.0 buttons in files\gui\game\
To revert back to the UP 2.0 buttons, you just have to rename the
folder \MODS\STD\gui\ with a minus sign, i.e. \MODS\STD\-gui\

To completely disable the Korea Pack Mod you need to:
Restore your backed up air.ini, stationary.ini, and technics.ini
Rename the folder Avions Statiques to -Avions Statiques
Rename the folder FM to -FM
Rename the folder Pack Mod Corée to -Pack Mod Corée
Rename the folder Korea Pack Sounds to -Korea Pack Sounds
Rename the folder \MODS\STD\gui\ to \MODS\STD\-gui\

Can we use the SAS Online Buttons for both or do we have to keep changing from Offline to Online??

We'll have to see. The SAS online buttons are supposed to be exactly the same FM as UP buttons, except for additional FM...i.e. it should fix the online smoking bug. I'm not sure if it would pass a CRT check, so I doubt if it would work for the AKAFA server, but I use my HSFX install for that.

The only thing we are using UP for these days is WarClouds and our own server, and they are not checking anything, so should be fine. The only thing the SAS offline buttons have is some openable canopies, so I don't see where we have any use for their offline buttons.

In any case, the way I have installed this MOD pack, all you have to do is rename MODS folder to -MODS, and you are back to stock UP 2.0.

I'm going to have a look at what is in the Pack, and compare it to what is in stock UP 2.0. We can now get the Sabre cockpit as a separate mod, and all the other aircraft are already in UP 2.0, so I question the use of the Pack at all.

The only thing I see is that the Koria planes have better flight models. As for the MODS folder, I am using other MODS in it so I will create a seperate folder for the Koria Pack and - it out if not needed.
